Child-led approach

"We are an organisation where children can thrive, families feel welcomed, and lifelong foundations for learning are lovingly laid."

Our curriculum

Everleaf 3_edited_edited.png

Following the child’s lead.

We believe children are the experts in their own journey, which is why our environment prioritizes autonomy and curiosity over rigid schedules. Through our bespoke Everleaf curriculum, we provide a nurturing space where every child can belong, thrive, and achieve at their own natural pace.

What our children learn

We believe that children are the true experts in their own development. Our setting is built upon a child-led philosophy, where autonomy, choice, and curiosity take center stage. We move away from pre-set schedules to provide a nurturing environment that empowers children to belong, explore their own interests, and lead their own discoveries at their own pace.

Whether a child is in a season of "New Beginnings"—finding where they belong and building relationships—or a season of "Independence," where they are ready to thrive through leadership and achieve complex problem-solving, Everleaf ensures they are met with the right environment to flourish. By honoring the natural rhythm of each individual, we provide the fertile ground where curiosity blossoms and resilience takes root, allowing every child to develop lifelong skills in their own unique time.
