Settling in
We know that for many families, this is the first time you and your child have been apart. We are no strangers to how difficult that separation can be—for both of you. It is completely natural to feel a mix of excitement and a little bit of heartache. Please know that we are here to hold your hand through this transition just as much as we are here for your child.
Key person system
Each child is assigned a specific practitioner who becomes their primary advocate. Their Key Person is responsible for keeping parents up to date with what they have been up to, as well as sharing any concerns. We use the Famly app to show parents their child's progress and long-term goals.
Real-Time Connection via the Famly App
We believe that "out of sight" shouldn't mean "out of mind." To bridge the gap between home and preschool, we use the Famly app.
This digital platform allows us to invite you into your child’s day, no matter where you are. Through Famly, you can see:
